5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure seamless service, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle’s condition and history.
• Pick up vehicles within seven (7) business days of service completion. Vehicles left for more than 30 days without prior arrangements may be deemed abandoned and subject to disposal under Indiana Code § 9-22-1-1.

6. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Clause

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

Small Claims Exception

Customers may pursue qualifying claims in Marion County Small Claims Court.
