1st off, they were reccomended by my custom tuner shop. That said, they're very attention to detail oriented. (Love that). Also love that they are gear heads (not just wrench turners) so they know pretty much anything you could ask. Scott is an amazing service technician. Tells you like it is without sugarcoating so you know what can wait and what needs done asap to keep you rolling down the road SAFELY. Reggie is another gem. His mechanical knowledge of my Infinity g35 was impressive. Still waiting on their team to put together a build guide/part list for when I decide to turbo the car (which will be going through them most likely) Also a bit on the pricey side for repairs but I don't blame them. They're not working on your standard Kia and working on high end vehicles, requires proper knowledge (specialty training) and the tools to get the job done. Will definitely use them again. Especially in diagnosis, best in the biz. Thanks guys!
Very through and detail oriented, with upfront costs on recommended repairs... Great alternative to the dealership for repair or scheduled maintenance.
Wanted to give the technitian Reggie a huge thumbs up for the awesome service and amazing feedback he provided to my Subaru and me. Truly awesome group of guys with a passion to get what you need done right.
Drivers in Indianapolis choose ASG Automotive whenever they need auto repair, especially on-board diagnostics. Our ASE-Certified or Bosch-Certified auto mechanics wield standardized factory equipment and programming, which our competitors don’t often have access to. In fact, some dealerships seek us out for assistance when they are faced with a complicated diagnostic problem that they can’t even solve. If you’re looking for the best when it comes to onboard diagnostic repair, our team at ASG Automotive is the place to go.
Your car’s onboard diagnostic system is what auto mechanics use to discover what systems are functioning optimally, and what systems need to be addressed. For example, if your vehicle is stalling, accelerating slowly, or has unusual clunking sounds, these could indicate any number of parts or systems are dysfunctional. Using the onboard diagnostics, we can narrow our search to a particular system or component, e.g., the drive train system. Then, rather than inspecting the entire car, which is an expensive and time-consuming process, we can go straight to the drive train system and examine just those parts. Our expertly trained auto mechanics can then figure out where the trouble is, and get it corrected.
The important thing to keep in mind is that although the on-board diagnostics system is helpful, it doesn’t always highlight what the problem is. Often, the onboard diagnostic system only highlights the general area the problem is located in. That means you still need seasoned auto mechanics experts like those at ASG Automotive to complete the diagnosis to resolve the problem. Consider this recent 5-star review from Mike L. about how his experience at ASG Automotive stood out:
“ASG automotive was warm welcoming the moment I walked into the business. Had an excellent break room for when I needed to wait until the rental car company picked me up. Service was fast on my vehicle and received a couple follow up calls while my vehicle was being worked on to deliver a status update. Excellent experience and my family and I will be going back when needed for all of our car services. Thanks ASG”
